We began handcrafting in our bithplace on 28th St, NYC in 1925. In 1982, we moved up the block and made our home the corner of 29th St. The move helped us meet the evergrowing needs of our expanding customer base. But our hand tying and slow drying here could only last so long. In the summer of 2008, we added a larger home to the Salumeria Biellese tradition over in Hackensack, NJ. Our space may have expanded, but the quality of products will forever remain unchanged.
